This elegant 7,500-square-foot oceanfront villa features four spacious bedrooms, three with open-air terraces offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Zihuatanejo Bay, and one nestled amid lush landscaping and vibrant gardens for added privacy and tranquility.
Designed for both relaxation and connection, Villa Bahia includes two distinct salons. The Yellow Ladies Salon offers a comfortable openair retreat complete with a smart tv for streaming, while the Poolside Salon keeps you close to the action with seamless access to the infinity-edge pool and surrounding sun terraces.
The villa also features a fully appointed kitchen, thoughtfully stocked to support everything from casual breakfasts to home-cooked dinners. Guests will enjoy a gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Instant Pot, crockpot, juicer, and filtered water ice-maker. The Poolside features large lounges to bask in the sun. The infinity-edge pool overlooks Zihuatanejo Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
The Yellow Ladies Salon at Villa Bahia is the media room. Relax and watch TV or listen to music. Enjoy the art collection of Yellow Ladies by Gloria Hernandez, a local artist from Ixtapa. The Upper Salon overlooks Zihuatanejo Bay.
The Poolside Salon sits under a beautiful palapa roof next to the infinity-edge pool area of Villa Bahia. The double couch seating area is located just outside of the kitchen area. The double lounge is the perfect place to relax and read a book poolside. The Poolside Salon over looks Zihuatanejo Bay.
Kitchen & dining
Villa Bahia fully appointed kitchen makes in-villa dining and entertaining effortless. Thoughtfully equipped with a gas oven and stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker, it also includes an Instant Pot, crockpot, juicer, and a filtered water ice-maker. For added convenience, guests can enjoy a wine refrigerator and a separate drink refrigerator, keeping beverages perfectly chilled and always accessible.

The Bahia Suite features a large sitting area with double doors that open to a private terrace overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay is the only guest room located on the upper level of Villa Bahia for ultimate privacy. The suite also has a flat screen tv, mini-fridge, toiletries and imported luxury linens.
The Sol Room features a king-size bed, a large ensuite private bath, flat-screen TV, toiletries, imported luxury linens, and a safe. The balcony overlooks the pool and Zihuatanejo Bay.
The Plantas Room features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and doors that open to a small garden area and is on the pool level of Villa Bahia. The room also has a flat-screen tv, toiletries, and imported luxury linens.
The Cascada Room features a king-size bed, ensuite private bath, flat-screen tv, toiletries, and imported luxury linens. The balcony overlooks the pool and Zihuatanejo Bay.
