Villa Encantada accommodates up to 10 guests in refined oceanfront luxury. This expansive 10,000-square-foot villa features five beautifully appointed guest rooms, four of which include private terraces with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Zihuatanejo Bay.
At the heart of the villa is the Grand Salon, an elegant open-air living space that overlooks a stunning infinity-edge pool. Just a few steps up, the Grand Dining Table comfortably seats 10 guests, creating an ideal setting for shared meals, celebrations, or sunset dinners. The open-concept layout invites conversation and connection, blending indoor elegance with outdoor serenity.
The villa also features a fully appointed kitchen designed to make meal preparation part of the experience. Outfitted with a gas oven and stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Instant Pot, crockpot, juicer, and filtered water ice-maker, the kitchen has everything you need to cook with ease. Guests will also find beautiful stoneware dishes, elegant serving platters, pool-safe glassware, and a complete set of pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery—perfect for preparing casual breakfasts or memorable dinners together.

VILLA ENCANTADA RECREATION
Poolside features a wet bar, large lounges to bask in the sun. The infinity edge pools overlook the Zihuatanejo Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
The Grand Salon features an open-air design into the infinity-edge pool area of Villa Encantada. The seating area wraps around a living space filled with art from an international and local artists. The double lounge is the perfect place to relax and read a book.
The Sky Lounge is located on the top level of Villa Encantada. Enjoy the majestic views of both the Pacific Ocean and Zihuatanejo Bay from this private paradise. The sky lounge is fully furnished and has exclusive access from the Playa and Oceano Rooms.
